How to pay
Everything on cloudgpu.app, GPU instances and the AI API alike, draws on one prepaid balance in US dollars. You top it up any way below from $5; usage is deducted per minute of GPU time or per token, and whatever is left stays in the account with no expiry.
Card, Alipay, Google Pay or Apple Pay
Visa and Mastercard, any amount from $5 to $2000. The same checkout offers Alipay in most countries, and Google Pay or Apple Pay on devices that have them. Checkout is handled by Creem, our merchant of record, so a card charge appears on your statement as CREEM.IO*CLOUDGPU.APP; buyers in the United States and India are asked for a billing address first because of local sales tax. The amount you choose is the amount you pay; any VAT or sales tax for your country is included, and the full amount is credited to your balance within a minute.
USDT (TRC-20)
Send USDT on the TRON network to the address shown on the Billing page for the exact amount you entered (minimum $5). It is credited 1:1 in USD after network confirmation, usually within a few minutes; there is no fee on our side.
Bank transfer
For business customers: an invoice with bank details (via Airwallex) that you settle by wire. Credited when the transfer arrives; allow one to three business days. Ask support@cloudgpu.app for an invoice above $2000.
What applies to every method
- Minimum top-up is $5. A first top-up of $10 or more gets a $5 bonus (top up $10, get $15).
- Top-ups of $100 or more receive a 10% top-up bonus.
- Balance is prepaid, does not expire and cannot be transferred between accounts; unused balance is refunded on request via the method you paid with (see the refund policy).
- There is no subscription, no monthly fee and nothing that keeps charging in the background; you pay only for minutes a machine is running or tokens the API serves.
Questions about paying
Can I pay for GPU rental with a credit card?
Yes. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for any amount from $5 to $2000 through Creem, our merchant of record. Enter the amount on the Billing page, choose Card, and you are taken to a secure checkout with 3-D Secure where required. The same checkout also offers Alipay in most countries, and Google Pay or Apple Pay where your device supports them.
Can I pay with crypto?
USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) is accepted, minimum $5, credited 1:1 in USD once the transfer confirms. Other coins and networks are not accepted; sending USDT on another network will not be credited.
Why does my card statement say CREEM.IO?
Card payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record, so the descriptor reads CREEM.IO*CLOUDGPU.APP. Creem remits any VAT or sales tax your country requires out of the amount you pay and issues the receipt; nothing is added at checkout.
Is there a minimum, a subscription or an expiry?
The minimum top-up is $5. There is no subscription and no monthly fee, and the balance does not expire. You are billed per minute while an instance runs and per token for API calls.
Do I need a phone number or a Chinese bank account?
No. Sign-up is an email address or a Google account, and payment is a card, USDT or a bank transfer from any country we serve. The service is not offered to residents of mainland China.
Can I get a refund?
Unused balance is refunded on request to the method you paid with; time already used on a machine or tokens already served are not refundable. Details and timelines are on the refund policy page.
