Pay for Cloud GPUs and AI APIs with Alipay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, a Card or USDT (October 2026)

Most GPU clouds take one thing: a card that passes a US processor’s fraud check. If yours is declined, or you never had one, the usual advice is to find a friend with a card. This page lists every way to put money into a cloudgpu.app balance, what we checked, and what is not accepted, so you can decide before you sign up.

Everything on cloudgpu.app, GPU instances billed per minute and the OpenAI-compatible AI API billed per token, draws on one prepaid balance in US dollars. You top that balance up once, by any method below, and spend it on either.

Every method at a glance

Method Minimum Maximum per payment Credited Fee from us Needs a credit card
Alipay (in the Creem checkout) $5 $2,000 within about a minute none no
Google Pay (express button) $5 $2,000 within about a minute none no card form to fill
Apple Pay (Safari, Apple devices) $5 $2,000 within about a minute none no card form to fill
Visa / Mastercard, debit or credit $5 $2,000 within about a minute none yes
USDT on TRON (TRC-20) 1 USDT none after network confirmation, usually minutes none no
Bank transfer (business, via Airwallex) invoice by arrangement 1 to 3 business days none no

Alipay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and cards all go through the same checkout, run by Creem, our merchant of record. On the Billing page you choose Card, enter an amount, and the checkout opens with every method available for your country on one screen. You do not have to pick Alipay or Google Pay on our side.

What we checked, country by country

On 3 October 2026 we opened the live checkout with a $5 test order and walked it through the billing-country selector one country at a time, recording which methods appeared on the payment step. No payment was made; the test order expired on its own.

Region Billing countries tested Card Alipay Google Pay button
Asia Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, India*, Pakistan, Bangladesh yes yes yes
Middle East and Turkey Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia yes yes yes
Europe Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Italy, Spain yes yes yes
Americas United States*, Canada*, Brazil, Mexico yes yes yes
Africa and Oceania Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Australia yes yes yes

* United States, India and Canada ask for a billing address on the first step; with it filled in, the payment step showed the same three methods.

In all 32 countries the payment step was the same: Card, Alipay, and the Google Pay express button. Russia is not in the checkout’s list of billing countries, so it cannot be selected. Tax was always inside the $5, never added on top: 8.88% sales tax for a New York address, 18% GST in India, 8% in Malaysia.

Two things the table cannot show:

  • Google Pay is drawn by Google’s own script, and it only appears in a browser that has a Google Pay wallet. The checkout loaded it for every country above; whether you see the button depends on your browser.
  • Apple Pay appears only in Safari on an iPhone, iPad or Mac with Apple Pay set up. Creem lists it as supported; we could not render it in the Linux browser we tested with, so it is not in the table.

Buyers in the United States, India and Canada are asked for a full billing address on the first step, because sales tax is calculated from it. Fill it in and the payment step appears.

Alipay

Alipay sits next to the card form in the checkout. Choose it and you are handed to Alipay to approve the payment in the app; the balance is credited as soon as Creem confirms. The amount is in US dollars and Alipay converts it at its own rate.

This is the simplest route for Chinese-speaking developers outside mainland China, and for anyone else whose Alipay works but whose card is declined abroad. Whether a particular regional wallet (for example one issued in Hong Kong) can complete the payment is decided by Alipay at that step; the checkout offering the button does not guarantee it.

Google Pay and Apple Pay

Both are express buttons above the card form. They charge the card already saved in your wallet, so you skip typing a card number, and your bank sees a wallet payment, which some banks approve more readily than a typed-in foreign card. They are worth trying first if your card was declined once in the plain form.

Visa and Mastercard

Any amount from $5 to $2,000. 3-D Secure appears when your bank requires it. The charge shows on your statement as CREEM.IO*CLOUDGPU.APP. Creem is the merchant of record, so it handles VAT and sales tax for your country; the tax is inside the price you see (a $5 top-up from Malaysia showed $4.63 plus $0.37 tax, $5.00 in total) and nothing is added at the end.

If your card is declined, the decline comes from your bank or the processor, not from us. Try Google Pay or Apple Pay with the same card, try Alipay, or switch to USDT.

USDT (TRC-20)

The Billing page shows a TRON address and the exact amount to send. Send USDT on the TRON network for that amount; it is credited 1:1 in US dollars once the transfer confirms, usually within a few minutes. The minimum is 1 USDT and there is no fee on our side.

Send only USDT, and only on TRON. USDT on Ethereum, BNB Chain or any other network, and any other coin, will not be credited. Send the amount the page shows, to the cent: that is how the transfer is matched to your account.

Bank transfer

For companies that need an invoice: we issue one with bank details through Airwallex and you settle it by wire. It is credited when the money arrives, usually one to three business days. Write to support@cloudgpu.app for an invoice above $2,000.

What is not accepted

  • WeChat Pay. It did not appear for any country we tested.
  • Local wallets and bank rails such as GoPay, OVO, DANA, MoMo, UPI or Pix, unless the checkout offers them for your country.
  • Other cryptocurrencies and networks. Only USDT on TRON.
  • Payment from or for residents of mainland China. The service is not offered there.

The bonus, and what the balance buys

A first top-up of $10 or more gets a $5 bonus: top up $10 and start with $15. Single top-ups of $100 or more get a 10% bonus; on a first top-up the larger of the two applies. The method you pay with does not change the bonus.

The balance does not expire and there is no subscription. It is spent per minute while a GPU runs (an RTX 4090 is $0.33 an hour, an RTX 5090 $0.59, on the pricing page today) and per token on the AI API for DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi and other models through one OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Unused balance is refunded on request to the method you paid with; see the refund policy.

Short version

If you have Alipay, Google Pay or Apple Pay, choose Card on the Billing page and use the button. If you hold USDT, send it on TRON. If you have a card that works abroad, type it in. The full list, with limits, is on the payment methods page.
